Goods are normally dispatched the same day or the next working day of receiving the order. Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded or TNT Express. Both these services require a signature, so it is important that someone is available to sign for the parcel. Please make arrangements or give an address where someone will be in to receive the parcel.
Larger items are sent on vehicles with tail lifts. For items such as 2 or 4 post lifts, it is best to have a forklift available as they are heavy. We often deliver lifts by our own transport, and these vehicles have cranes making delivery and positioning of the lift easier. Some delivery prices on the larger items are not advertised, as we try to obtain the best rate when the item is ordered.
Please Note: For small items, we can provide a tracking reference for your order, but for large items, we can’t estimate the delivery time period as we use different courier companies and they don’t provide tracking references for it.

On larger items that are wrongly order or are deemed faulty or have developed a fault call the office to discuss the problem. Your statutory rights will not be affected, but due to the size and complexity of some of the products, arrangements to resolve any issues are best discussed with the office. The customer will need to pay return shipping and a 30% handling fee will be applied in applicable circumstances.
